What exactly does the service include?

Every pack always includes: pro 4000w sound + pioneer controller, ambient lighting, smoke machine i set-up and take-down included. Travel is included up to 25 km from Granollers. The larger packs add more hours and specific elements, and each one appears on its own page with its price.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover the whole of Catalonia: Barcelona, Girona, Tarragona, the Terres de l'Ebre and Lleida. Travel included up to 25 km from Granollers; beyond that we add a travel supplement, which we always tell you about in the quote before anything is agreed.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 6-8 weeks for weekends and 3-4 weeks for weekdays. For complex theming (Magic World, Halloween), 2 months is better. But always ask us — sometimes we have dates free at the last minute!

Do you do events on weekdays?

Yes! Monday to Thursday we have availability and often offer special rates. Ideal for corporate events or private parties.

Are the prices I see final?

Yes. We work with fixed prices: the quote we give you is what you'll pay, and it lists every element with its price. The prices we show exclude VAT; you'll see it broken down in the quote.

How does payment work?

Book with 30% to confirm the date. The remaining 70% is paid 7 days before the event. We accept bank transfer, Bizum and card.

What if I have to cancel?

We understand that things change sometimes. More than 60 days: 100% refund. 30-60 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: non-refundable. If you want to change the date (at least 30 days in advance), we always try to accommodate you!

Are there any extra costs?

No, as long as you tell us everything you need from the start. The only possible extras are: additional DJ hours (at a price agreed beforehand), extra travel (if you change venue), or additional services you add later.

What gear do you bring?

Our own professional rig: Pioneer DDJ-REV7 controller, EV ETX speakers (up to 4000W), 4 LED moving heads, multi-effects, smoke machine and much more. All ready for any space.

Does it work outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All our gear is ready for outdoor use. We bring rain and wind protection. All we need is access to power (16A minimum).

How much sound power do I need?

We work it out based on the space and the number of guests. For 100 people indoors, 2000W is enough. For 200+ or outdoors, we bring 4000W. We always bring more than needed, just in case.

Can I choose the music?

Of course! Before the event we have a meeting to talk about your taste, special songs (first dance, entrance, etc.) and what you do NOT want to hear. The DJ combines your preferences with reading the crowd in real time.

What style of music do you play?

All of it! Pop, current hits, reggaeton, electronic, 80s-90s classics, rock, indie, Latin... We have a library of 15,000+ tracks and keep it updated with new releases. If you ask for something we don't have, we download it.

Can I send a playlist?

Yes! You can send us a Spotify or YouTube playlist. The DJ will use it as a guide and weave your songs in with their own selection to keep the energy up.

Does the DJ speak on the mic?

Only if you want! Some clients want active hosting (games, announcements...) and others prefer the music to speak for itself. You decide the style.

How does the Magic World theming work?

We turn the space into a school of magic: floating LED candles, tables by house, a potions station, full decoration and themed music. You can choose the level: from a subtle touch to total immersion. We are the only ones in Catalonia offering this service professionally.

Do you do themes other than Halloween and Magic World?

Yes! We can create any theme: 80s, tropical, Gatsby, disco, mafia, Cirque du Soleil... Tell us the idea and we'll propose how to make it happen.

What if the venue already has decoration?

Perfect! We adapt. We can add themed elements that complement the existing decoration, or work with your wedding planner to bring it all together.

Does the decoration stay up for the whole event?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We set up before the guests arrive and take it down once the event is over. The decoration stays all night for photos and atmosphere.

How long do you need to set up?

It depends on the service: basic DJ = 1-1.5h, with full lighting = 2h, theming = 3-4h. We always coordinate with the venue so we don't get in the way of other preparations.

What do you need from the venue?

Basically power (16A minimum, ideally 32A for large set-ups) and space to set up. We always contact the venue beforehand to confirm everything.

What happens if it rains?

If the event is outdoors, we bring protection for the gear. If necessary, we can move indoors quickly. We always have a plan B ready.

What time do you need to arrive?

We normally arrive 2-3 hours before the start. For themed events it can be 4-5 hours. We agree it with you and the venue.

Do you have insurance?

Yes! We have public liability insurance covering any incident during the event. You can ask us for the certificate if the venue requires it.

What if the DJ falls ill?

We have a network of trusted DJs who know our style. If something happens, we let you know immediately and find the best solution. It has never happened to us, and if it did we would have a replacement of the same standard.
